1.The vacuum is not high:

• Pump temperature is too high: It may be because the gas being pumped is too hot and should be allowed to cool before entering the vacuum pump.
• Pump oil problems: the oil level is too low, the oil is dirty, the oil quality is deteriorated or the oil grade does not match, and the oil needs to be replaced with new oil or the oil level needs to be adjusted.
• Air leakage of the pump itself: check the sealing of the shaft seal, exhaust valve, end cover, air inlet and other parts, and replace the sealing ring.

• Damaged spring: Replace the spring.
• Improper assembly: Reassembly.
• If the filter is damaged or there is external dirt in the pump chamber: disassemble the pump to check, clean and install the filter.

• Spring Break: Replace the spring.
• Improper assembly or loose parts: Reassembly.
• Dirt or deformation of parts in the pump chamber: dismantling, washing, inspection, grinding.

• Damaged Sealing Ring: Check the sealing condition of all sealing parts, and replace the damaged sealing ring.

• Oil level is too high or oil quality problems: Adjust the oil level or change the oil quality.

• Power failure: Check whether the control power supply is in the power-off or phase-out state.
• Debris enters the pump chamber, the impeller gets stuck: open the pump body for inspection and cleaning.

• The oil level in the vacuum pump is too high: open the oil drain valve to lower the oil level to a suitable position.
• Motor coil short circuit: Check whether the motor coil has a short circuit.
